Cruise 1.
Barnoldswick - Shipley (5 nights). April 9th - 14th 36 Miles, 23 Locks.
Canals - Leeds & Liverpool. Station - Colne or Skipton.

Leaving our home base of Barnoldswick on the summit level of the Leeds and Liverpool canal, we will cruise eastwards passing through Gargrave and Skipton with time to explore. We will descend the mighty Bingley 5 rise, one of the great engineering feats of the Inland Waterways, before visiting Saltaire, with time to visit Salts Mill and the other attractions. The cruise ends in Shipley, having cruised through some beautiful scenery.

Cruise 2.
Shipley - Adlington. April 14th - 21st 68 Miles, 43 Locks.
Canals - Leeds & Liverpool. Station - Shipley.

This cruise is a reverse of cruise 1, as far as Barnoldswick, then we will cruise towards the historic Anchor Inn and through the Foulridge tunnel. This cruise on the wonderful Leeds and Liverpool canal passes through beautiful scenery and the fascinating industrial towns of East Lancashire. The cruise will end at Adlington.

Cruise 3.
Adlington - Middlewich April 23rd -30th 64Miles, 29 Locks.
Canals - Leeds & Liverpool, Bridgewater, Trent & Mersey. Station - Adlington.

The mighty Wigan flight is always challenging, but rewarding at the same time. We will pass through Worsley on our way to Lymm. We join the Bridgewater canal at Preston Brook and cruise to Anderton, we hope that there will be time to descend the lift and spend a night on the River Weaver, before returning to the Trent and Mersey canal to Middlewich where the cruise ends.

Cruise 4.
Middlewich - Llangollen. April 30th - 7th May 61 Miles, 24 Locks.
Canals - Trent & Mersey, S.U, Llangollen. Station - Crewe.

Leaving Middlewich we turn in to Wardle lock and the Middlewich branch. At Hurleston we will cruise the lovely Llangollen canal. We will moor overnight at some of our favourite spots including Wrenbury and Ellesmere. There is always so much to see and explore on this route. At Chirk the aqueduct is a foretaste of the fabulous Pontcysllte Aqueduct, the cruise ends in Llangollen.

Cruise 5.
Trevor - Nantwich. May 10th - 17th. 65 Miles, 37 Locks.
Canals - Llangollen, Montgomery, S.U Station- Ruabon.

Starting in Trevor, this cruise is a reverse of cruise 4, however there should also be time for a short exploration of the restored Montgomery canal. At Hurleston Junction we turn right and cruise into Nantwich.

Cruise 6.
Nantwich - Cheddleton . May 17th - 24th 59 Miles, 57 Locks.
Canals - S.U. Trent & Mersey, Caldon Station - Leek.

Leaving Nantwich we will return along the branch to Middlewich, to cruise the Trent and Mersey canal, ascending the 26 locks of Heartbreak Hill to Kidsgrove. We will cruise through Harecastle tunnel, before turning at Etruria where we will join the beautiful Caldon canal, we will cruise to Leek and also the river section to Froghall. The cruise will end in Cheddleton.

Cruise 7.
Cheddleton - Rugeley. May 26th - June 2nd 54 Miles, 42 Locks.
Canals - Caldon, Trent & Mersey Station - Rugeley.

We will retrace our route to Etruria where there should be time to visit the museum . We then carry on down the Trent and Mersey canal through Stone and Great Haywood to end this cruise at Rugeley.

Cruise 8.
Rugeley - Warwick. June 2nd. - 9th 84 Miles, 44 Locks.
Canals - Trent & Mersey, Coventry, North Oxford, Grand Union. Station - Warwick.

Leaving Rugeley, we will join the Coventry canal at Fradley Junction. We will cruise towards Atherstone and the lovely flight of locks before reaching Hawkesbury Junction. We will pass under the majestic bridge there and cruise the North Oxford canal to Rugby, at Braunston we will join the Grand Union cruising through Leamington Spa before arriving in Warwick where this cruise ends.

Cruise 9.
Long Itchington - Peterborough. June 11th - 18th. 75 Miles, 77 Locks.
Canals - Grand Union, Nene Station - Leamington Spa.

This cruise starts in Long Itchington, we will retrace our steps to Braunston turn, and ascend Braunston locks, to pass through Braunston tunnel. At Gayton Junction we will turn, descending the locks to Northampton. There we will join the river Nene with it‘s many guillotine locks and cruise through several interesting places including, Cogenhoe, Thrapston and Fotheringhay before reaching Peterborough where the cruise ends.

Peterborough - Long Itchington. June 18th. - 25th 75 Miles, 77 Locks.
Canals - Nene, Grand Union. Station - Peterborough.

Cruise 11.
Warwick - Birmingham. June 28th - July 5th 67 Miles, 62 Locks.
Canals - Grand Union, BCN. Station - Warwick.

Ascending the magnificent Hatton locks from Warwick, we will cruise into Birmingham. We will spend a few days exploring the BCN, including the Wyrley and Essington to Anglesey Basin and Dudley for the museum and Tunnel. The cruise ends in the centre of Birmingham.

Cruise 12.
Birmingham - Rugby. July 5th - 12th 61 Miles, 53 Locks.
Canals - BCN, Birmingham & Fazeley, Coventry, North Oxford Station - Birmingham.

We will use the “bottom road” to leave Birmingham, cruising the Birmingham and Fazeley canal to Fazeley Junction, there we will revisit the Coventry canal, this time there will be time to moor in Coventry Basin, a wonderful opportunity to visit the city and it’s cathedral. We will return to Hawkesbury Junction “Sutton Stop”, and turn onto the North Oxford canal, the cruise will end in Rugby.
